These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Drahenix mobile applications and establish the rights and obligations of users when accessing and using our services. By using our applications, you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. It is important to review this page periodically, as these terms may be updated. Your continued use of our applications following any modifications will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
The Nix
Nix are tokens awarded as rewards for actions within Drahenix applications. If the user closes the app before the tokens are reflected in their account, there is a risk of losing them. We strive to minimize Nix loss in such cases, but cannot guarantee their recovery.
Nix delivery may experience delays due to application performance prioritization. Nix will be reflected in the user's account within five minutes, though delivery times may vary.
Rewards, such as gift cards, are obtained by redeeming Nix. These rewards are provided by third parties, and Drahenix does not have agreements with the issuing companies. Therefore, we are not responsible for issues during redemption. We also cannot guarantee the continuous availability of rewards.
Nix cannot be transferred between accounts. If you choose to close your account, you will lose all accumulated tokens, and we will not be able to recover them. We reserve the right to modify or eliminate Nix in accordance withfollowing our policies. Any changes will be notified, and continued use of the services following such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
PlusReal
PlusReal is a Drahenix application and cannot be marketed by third parties. Nix awarded in PlusReal is for exclusive use within Drahenix-approved applications and services.
“Challenges” and “Raffles” can be created by Drahenix or by external companies purchasing the service. We reserve the right to limit the number of Nix delivered to each user to prevent abuse and ensure fair reward distribution.
Lunaria
• The horoscopes in Lunaria are not intended to provide professional, financial, legal, medical, or any other form of advice.
• The horoscopes may not be personalized or reflective of your circumstances.
• The horoscopes provided through the app should not be interpreted as factual, actionable, or directive.
• You acknowledge and agree that you will not rely on the horoscopes for making decisions or taking actions that may have consequences in your personal or professional life.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the horoscopes generated by our application.
• We are not responsible for any interpretations, decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the horoscopes.
• You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from how you choose to understand or act on the horoscopes.
• The horoscopes are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that the horoscopes will be free from errors, omissions, or unintended content.
• You agree to use the horoscopes responsibly and acknowledge that they are meant to be lighthearted and fun.
• If you share or discuss your horoscopes with others, you are solely responsible for how it is communicated and interpreted.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drahenix, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of or reliance on the horoscopes.
Lunaria Premium
Premium is our membership program that provides free access to most features available in our application. Here are some important considerations:
• Any pre-purchased Astros will remain accessible during your premium membership, and our users can continue to use them even after their premium membership ends.
• The premium membership benefits will stay active even after cancellation for the time remaining between the cancellation date and the next payment date.
The Astros
Astros hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of legal tender.
1. Purchasing Astros
• Astros may be purchased directly within the application through authorized payment methods, including credit/debit cards, in-app purchases, or other payment platforms supported by us.
• By purchasing Astros, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the purchase complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Prices for Astros are displayed within the application and are subject to change at our discretion. All sales are final.
2. No Refunds
• Non-Refundable Purchase: All purchases of Astros are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, Astros cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash or other goods/services outside the app.
• Error in Transactions: If you encounter technical issues during the purchase process, please contact our support team. While we may investigate such matters, we are not obligated to provide refunds for errors caused by user action, including accidental purchases.
• Refund from Payment Authority: If the payment authority (bank, Google, etc.) issues a refund, all provided Astros or any acquired goods will be returned.
3. Astros Usage
• Atros may only be used within the application for authorized purposes as specified in the app.
• Astros cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or gifted to other users, except where explicitly permitted by us.
• Astros may expire or become unavailable if not used within a specified period, as outlined in the app’s policies.
Dracode
The Dracode is a unique user identifier for all Drahenix applications and services. Drahenix reserves the right to modify, update, or delete the Dracode without prior consent, and we are committed to minimizing the impact on users.
Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban your account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect or determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in bad behavior, misconduct, or violated these Terms.
Bad behavior includes, but is not limited to:
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Violating our community guidelines or code of conduct.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users.
• Exploiting or manipulating the App in an unintended manner.
• Attempting to disrupt the App’s services or security.
We are not obligated to provide evidence, explanation, or appeal processes for account suspensions or terminations.
Revocation of digital goods and services
• Any digital goods, tokens, points, or other benefits granted or purchased within the App may be revoked without refund or compensation if your account is banned.
• You forfeit any remaining access to subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual currency, or other content associated with your banned account.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or inconvenience resulting from account suspension or termination.
No liability
• We shall not be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, incurred as a result of an account ban or the revocation of digital goods and services.
• You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the enforcement of these Terms.
Account closure and data deletion
Users have the right to request the closure of their account and the deletion of all personal data, in accordance with applicable regulations and international standards. This includes the deletion of all data, including Nix, rewards, Astros, and any other assets, with no possibility of recovery.
If a user does not log into any of our applications for four years, Drahenix will automatically delete all related data.
Limited liability
Drahenix is not responsible for the loss of Nix or rewards due to technical issues beyond our control, such as device failures or network interruptions. In case of any disputes or issues with rewards provided by third parties, users must contact the issuing companies directly.
Modification of terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and their continued use of the services after notification will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
