What is this?
Dracode is the unique identifier given by Drahenix to all the users, it will be automatically generated when the user is created through any of Drahenix's applications/services.
Why do I want it?
Dracode will be mainly used by the company to identify our users, in case you need to contact us, this code will help us to quickly identify you and provide a better service.
How can I get it?
Nothing is required from the user to get a Dracode, this code will be automatically generated when your user is created or you log in for the first time in another marketplace.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes, there are some restrictions listed below:
• Dracodes are unique per user per marketplace. If the same user is logged into another marketplace another Dracode will be generated and that user will hold 2 different Dracodes.
• Drahenix is the owner of the Dracodes. Drahenix can decide when to change it, update it, or even delete it.
• Benefits attached to the Dracodes will be limited to a single time per marketplace and per application/service.
